The first level of certification reflects a basic knowledge of management consulting problem-solving methodolgies. It measures an understanding of the three critical pieces to successful consulting: logical and structured thinking, tested processes, and professional and ethical behavior. Level One Certification requires taking the online Consulting Methods tutorial and an examination on one of the Institute's scheduled testing days.
The third level of certification includes additional coursework offered or approved by the Management Consulting Institute. These courses include: Strategy Implementation, Leadership and Team-Building, and others. These courses are offered periodically through workshops or online tutorials at locations around the world.
